Merv Griffin has died from prostate cancer at 82.

Talk show host, game show producer, tiki bar owner… yes tiki bar owner, are amoung his achievements in the entertainment industry.

While all of the tributes are going to touch on Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, I’d like to point out that he owned the Beverly Hills Trader Vic’s from 1987 until 2004.
