I can’t believe the number of people who do not do an inspection before buying a home.  You never know what you are going to find.

In this case, a guy bought his neighbor’s house for 2.6 million found this nice surprise:

• 24 dead cats and dogs
• 100 live cats
•  6 - 10 inches of feces in the basement
• 2 inches of feces in the master bedroom’s 2 tubs

I’d prefer finding fake legs over this.

Moral:  Inspect before you buy.
