A 3 year old boy took his 2 year old friend out for a ride in his toy Mustang.  Nothing odd about that except that he took it out to the highway.

Neighbors saw the kids take off and eventually be pulled over by a cop.  They stated that he followed all of the traffic rules and regulations.  He’s probably a 99% better driver than the fools around here.
